Do you offer payment on delivery?
No. VegOut Fitters does not currently offer a Payment on Delivery option. Goods bought are to be paid for in full before shipping.
Do you ship to customers who live outside the US?
We ship to most countries;

Do you print your own shirts?
No. At the moment, we leave that up to the people who specialize in printing.
Do you have an offline store?
No. VegOut Fitters does not have brick and mortar locations. We are an online source for the vegan community. In order to serve our market in the best possible way, aiming to be one of the most comprehensive vegan marketplaces for shopping, information and a social community, we need an online presence.
What kind of ink is used?
Our products use Kornit NeoPigment ink which is free of animal by-products, heavy metals, formaldehyde and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE), making them non-hazardous, non-toxic, eco-friendly and vegan.

Are your shirts vegan?
Our Bella + Canvas are eco-friendly, ethically-made in 100% sweatshop-free factories, and WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) certified.
Our Eco Canva bags are 100% organic cotton, GOTS and PETA approved.
We are continually looking to make our products 100% vegan friendly, organic and PETA and GOTS approved.
Are your products shipped in recyclable and biodegradable packaging?
We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content. The poly bags used in our packaging are recyclable, low-density polyethylene, FDA and USDA compliant.

What qualifies as an exchangeable/returnable apparel item?
Being that our apparel is Print On Demand (we print only when ordered), exchanges and returns are available, at customers expense, for all UNWORN, UNWASHED items except hats, mugs, posters and leggings. All our work is custom, and as such when a product is sent back we’re taking the hit by absorbing the cost of creating a new one.
If your item arrived damaged or there is an issue from our end, please let us know and we will take care of you.
What qualifies as an exchangeable/returnable grocery item?
Items which arrive damaged or spoiled will be acceptable for store credit with acceptable proof. Please email a photo to hello@vegoutfitters.com
I haven't received my refund yet. What do I do?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
