Exchange Agreement (Clothing and Apparel)
Our apparel is a Print To Order service (we print only when ordered), exchanges and returns are available, at customers expense, for all UNWORN, UNWASHED items in there original package, excluding hats, mugs, posters and leggings.   All our work is custom, and as such when a product is sent back we’re absorbing the cost of creating a new one.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If for whatever reason you are not pleased with a product, please let us know and we will do our very best to take care of you.
 
Exchange/Return Policy (Apparel)
Did you meet the qualifications? If so…
Items must be shipped within 30 days from the ship day.
 We ask nicely that our generosity and kindness be used in a trusting manner and not for gain, as you’ll end up hurting, for others, this great relationship we have with our valued customers, and we’ll be forced to be firm with the date range.

If you need to exchange or return, please send an image of your product(s) to hello@vegoutfitters.com with your order#, photos of the defect and a detailed note explaining your scenario and what it is you would like.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 8-10 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays) 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping – exchanges and returns
When you're a tiny company you feel the desire to help everyone and pay for everything.  But in all honesty, by using this system, the ship might sink…sad face.  On the bright side! We will reimburse customers for return shipping if we accidentally send you the wrong product or a defective product. And likewise, customers are responsible for paying for shipping if they ordered the wrong item, size or just change their mind for some reason.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
